700g lamb , cut into small cubes ,
Potatoes – 6-8 pcs . , diced ,
3 large carrots , peeled and diced ,
3 stalks celery , thinly sliced ,
3 pieces of leek , thinly sliced ,
chicken broth 200 ml
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
chopped parsley – sprinkle the dish.
Preparation: Mix in a saucepan lamb, potatoes, carrots , celery , leeks , broth, thyme, salt and pepper. Close cover pan and simmer over very low heat for about 8 hours.
Add the parsley before serving .
